My focus is person-centered therapy, which means that we work together to figure out who you are and what you want for yourself. I also utilize elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you learn healthier ways to express your feelings and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you learn healthier ways to process your feelings.

I will be a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas by the end of 2027, and will provide teletherapy for all Texans across the state.

Therapy only works when you are willing to grow. I believe anyone at any age can benefit from therapy. Personally, therapy has helped me persevere through very dark times and I recommend it to anyone who wants to become a better version of themself.
