Services and Rates

Meet with me 1:1 online weekly or bi-weekly for individual therapy. Together we will uncover your therapeutic goals and work towards achieving them.

Rate: $150 / 50 minute session

Group therapy can be a more accessible way to attend therapy, and it provides an opportunity to work on your therapeutic goals in relation with others. Sessions are online for a predetermined number of weeks. Check back for new group therapy opportunities.

Rate: $75 / 80 minute session
